Actually iam a holder of a valid passport and in the first front page of my passport all details and information with the biometric numbers are clear shown and readable
Yesterday i faced 3 hrs of stress because. Of lack of professionalism from qatar airways agent i wass supoosed to travel from goi to beirut with alayover in doha
They didnt let me travel to lebanon wich im also there a citizen i sjowed the my valid lebanese id at the check in.
They suspected my valid passport wich is damaged on the front cover corners as i said previously.
Today iam raising a complain for the maltreat of my person as a guest customer and passenger that need to be in good state of mind for travel
I needed to pay penalty because of qatar airways uncompetence. I missed the flight and needed to book a flight direction france my passportholder is french.
I really had a bad experience regarding this trained agent as problem solver
I felt like they wanted to make more trouble andess efforts to help me thru the check.in
To anonymous author:-

Nobody has a duty to reply to indefinite complaint, to anonymous complaint.

Your right to demand money will expire in 10 days.

The complaint has to be submitted in written to the travel agent or to Qatar airways air carrier,
whom you had paid and own invoice.

The complaint has to contain the basic fields:-

1. Particulars of the address, according to e-ticket, or PNR, or invoice

2. Particulars of the submitter: full name, address, email, phone, bank account number

3. Brief description of the events:
when, where, which services had been ordered according to, for example, PNR or e-ticket;
when, who had cancelled the ordered flight ID

4. Request: the statement of the act from the responder (what do you want)

5. Signature / name, date, time, place.

The responding party has 7 days (max 30 days) for the complaint processing,
or refusal to refund,
or refusal to process the claim, stating the addressee, reasons, decision, his particulars, if in India.

Such documents are not seen here.

In addition, the author does not know his all rights, which are acquired.

If the claim is not processed within 30 days or not full amount is paid
to the passenger, the passenger is entitled to claim money from the offender via one of the authorities:-

1. Department general of civil aviation in the state of residence, if in India,

2. Customers court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

3. District court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

4. Authority in Qatar or in the other country.

If the passenger does not know the rules and his all rights, incurred from the cancellation of the flight,
he or she is entitled to hire the lawyer or the legal professional for the agreed fee.

The cost of such legal assistance start from Rs 4000 / USD 60.00 per head .

Again, your right to demand money will expire in 10 days.

    I have worked with qatar duty free as a ba of armani. I worked there 3 years. I love the company and the facilities provided. However, the management of qdf, especially dms (Sherafina, dirhaz) we're the real reason behind my resignation. I didn't dare to tell it to the hr while resignation because i was afraid. Sherafina was in other allocation, still with her power she played naughty politics. Requesting the company to kindly give the powers to the eligible ones.
    Very sad to leave the company.
    I thought it's better to inform the company so that, it will help other poor employees.
    I brought 43 inch LG television by Qatar airways from Doha to Calicut and when I opened the pack it is totally Brocken and good for nothing

      I am complaining about the pf money which i have still not got.

      It’s been more then 2 months that i have resigned from my job and my pf is still pending

      With the new technology i was been told that i can claim my pf amount online and it will be credited to my account instantly but online i cannot do any such thing because every time it is under maintenance!!

      Please look into this and help me get my claim as soon as possible

        I was travelling from usa and my stuff is missing from qatar airways, what should i do when i ask about my missing stuff they didn't answer properly, and never allowed me to come in to office in ahmedabad india. The leady from qatar airways was saying liquer is not allowed, and also cellphones okay no problem but what about purse and cosmetics items those are ill leagle too?
        She was not able to answer about that i don't know what should i do i have no idea in india if this happens in usa problem will be cured by the time.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I would like to bring to your kind notice that i was cheated by qatar airlines which is a very reputed company in tours & travels market. There was a phone contact in delhi where i met the representative of qatar airlines, named ms. Era bhasin, to get a kerala honeymoon package.

          I sent a query regarding the package for kerala to qatar airlines in 31st oct, 2017 for travel dates from dec 6th dec to 12th dec. I was given the package of approx. 80000/- (Inclusive of airfare). I immediately confirmed as it suited my needs and budget. The intention of booking so early was to get good deal and i was assured of it. I paid the amount as asked by tour operator. The package included - stay in best hotel with candle light dinner, bed decoration, wine bottle and cake. Just a day before travel, we were told that the hotels will be changed due to cyclone as they were unable to give us accommodation in on the booked hotels. But it turned out to be a disaster hotel and nothing was given as promised. More so, to our surprise when we reached to another destination we were told that the rooms were changed and so was the hotel. The booking of the houseboat was changed without any prior notice and the person concerned was drunk and misbehaved when asked for help. I was said that the sightseeing cost like museum and other places will have a prebooked entry for us. But as soon as we landed at the sights we were again charged the respected entry fees.

          How can the operator be so irresponsible. She made false promises for the honeymoon package and charged such a hefty amount. There was no assistance as said. During the tour when we called her for help she was not available. Such unprofessional and forged attitude from a senior manager of a brand like qatar was unexpected. We relied on a big brand for an important journey but got false promises. We paid[protected]/- extra compared to other tour package and received pathetic treatment that ruined the tour and left a disturbing impression of yours. We will never take any tours from your company in future and will also make sure my known ones also don't approach you.

          Although it was a bad experience, i would appreciate if you can look into this matter and raise the issue with the concerned authorities. I insist on getting a refund of all the things promised and not given. All the plans and money given to was in vain. It was not only financial loss but emotional hurt as well. The way we were treated was highly unacceptable. Also action should be taken against the concerned person as that would let me think about using your services again.

          Below are the concerned person's names and numbers provided for any emergency in kerela but didn't get any assistance at the time.

          She has forged us by giving to different itineraries.

              I have received an email from Qatar airways saying that there is a vacancy in indian so please deposit a security amount of 9, 650. And today is the last day inveiew is in mumbai, however its also written that the money is refundable. But there is no account number provided its only given the bank name, but there us no account holders name, please look into this matter .. iam confused..

                My name is beena rachel chandy, united states of america citizen (Passport no.[protected]. I want to file a complaint against qatar airways for its inhuman treatment and total lack of consideration which caused me physical and mental suffering.

                I traveled from boston on august 5th, 2016 to kochi, via doha. I traveled with two young children and we reached kochi on august 7th, morning.
                On the return flight, i was supposed to fly from kochi to doha, and then doha to boston:


                Qatar airways flight number 0515
                Confirmed, confirmation #8qznp3
                Wednesday, 24 august
                Departure: cok kochi, india, 3:45 am
                Arrival: doh doha, qatar, 5:45 am

                Qatar airways flight number 0743
                Confirmed, confirmation #8qznp3
                Wednesday, 24 august
                Departure: doh, doha, qatar, 8:20 am
                Arrival: bos boston, ma, 3:10 pm


                But when i reached kochi on tuesday night, 23rd of august, i was told i did not have a confirmed seat on flight number 0515. At the kochi airport, i was told by the supervisor of qatar airways that i would be given food and accommodation in doha. I waited for a long time at kochi airport to know the status of my flight.in the end when they guaranteed my flight from doha to boston the next day, i trusted the people at the counter about the food and accommodation for august 24th.

                After i reached doha on august 24th morning, my troubles began. Since i was not issued a boarding pass from kochi, i was given the run around for hours to get my boarding pass. I was told it was not yet time to issue a boarding pass to boston. They told me i had to wait for the american time zones or rules. I waited till the time and then they issued my boarding pass. Then when i took the pass to the counter where they issued food and accommodation, they denied me the service saying i did not fall into the category of getting accommodation. I asked for the supervisor and he told me that i had to remain in the airport terminal for the next 24 hours until the next day's flight to boston and that too, without being provided with any accommodation. Which airline does not provide accommodation to a passenger when their flight is cancelled for 24 hours?

                I could not believe this was happening to a person who had a confirmed ticket all the way from kochi to boston. I was travelling alone and i did not have any support or help from the qatar airways.
                It is sad that a woman is being treated so badly in a country where women is treated with respect. Thankfully, people downstairs in the information desk were kind enough to help me get a visa and meet with my friends outside. I was not notified before i left home for the kochi airport. If there was change, i should be notified. That did not happen. I was left all alone in the doha airport to deal with this situation.

                I have bipolar disorder, and the stress of this whole incident triggered a major bipolar episode as it was mentally and physically a very stressful situation. This whole incident led to a month of suffering and pain both mentally and physically. The incident left me totally worn out physically as well, and i got pneumonia as well. On arriving in boston, the whole incident and the stress that i had undergone due to it led to many sleepless nights which led me to go through a very bad phase and bipolar episode. I was not able to function at my work place, and subsequently put on paid administrative leave till i'm fully recovered both mentally and physically. It is only now that i'm well enough to type out this email, and i wanted to take this matter up with you.

                This is a very unfortunate incident which should have never been allowed to happen to any woman travelling alone. I sincerely hope you will take this email seriously and provide remedial measures or compensation, otherwise i have no choice but to take legal action against qatar airlines.

                    Outbound flight reference YX254V from Manchester to Amritsar on 16th March, passenger Jasvinder Kaur Sahota Mrs had previously booked Gluten free meal, but she was offered Non-Veg gluten free meal to a Sikh Amritdhari lady. Why would the air-hostess assumed she had booked non-veg when she was adamant that she had only booked gluten free meal.
                    On flight back to Manchester on 4th April in which the morning at 9.40, she was told that she had not booked gluten free meal at all. It was the Qatar Airline office had done the booking, only the return date was changed. It was the same passenger who had pre-booked meal with a requisition to have gluten free meal for outbound as well as inbound flights.Her ticket number was QR/ETKT 157 [protected] on 4th April 2016.
                    Firstly complaining about change of flight time, secondly for not providing her requested meal. It is very serious matter and I must ask you to enquire and answer me. [protected]@hotmail.com Mobile [protected].
                    I want to know
                    Why the requested meal was not provided?
                    Why the scheduled return flight was changed to a different time when she had 4 hours waiting time at Doha?

                        I was travelling from India Hyderabad to Poland Krakow on 26th feb 2016 with 3 connected flights. How ever my flight got cancelled from Berlin to Krakow for a day . You provided me hotels for night but i had to pay for cab. Which is supposed to be reimbursed which was promised by one of the staff's in Berlin. Please check below attachments for details.                             This is a fake ID . An ex-employee who was fired from the company for malpractices. The above advertisement is posted by him Tamil Nadu not from qatar by us . here itself intention is clear . Anyone wants to know the reality of this post please contact our office. we will give all the details about this person and reality. We have already filed a legal complaint. One software cannot be registered for another customer. Don't try to fool the people. everybody knows what to do when they buy a software. Hope you can understand the wrong intention behind posting this add in Qatar airways forum.

                              i received an application form with a request to send my id proof/international passport scanned, but when i checked all the fields in the application form for interview venue, all of them were cities in Pakistan so i sent them a mail back stating i am an Indian citizen, they sent me another application form where they have added another field option as online and i marked that while submitting.i sent my voter id scanned.Once they received that they have sent me a mail again attaching employment history or employment past experience detail along with a request of address proof..the mail comes from email id recriutmentqatar.[protected]@gmail.com...can you please help me out to verify whether they are fake or genuine...awaiting the response

                                Last friday on 5th of December2014 Flight number QR551, I faced problem at Airport Shri Ram Das, Amritsar. I had been travelled to India several time & it was first time that i was facing problem with check in staff. Mr. Gurwinder told me to wait, i waited for 15 minutes & after i asked how long i have to wait & why! He was just avoiding me first & after i insisted for a response he told e that you have to wait until my senior Robert is not arriving... I asked him to talk to his Senior Robert but Mr. Gurvinder refused to get me in contact with his Senior. The staff isn't trained & educated as well, they are not able to check the documents & nobody of them was able to read Italian. I have in possess o[censored]nlimited Permit stay Carta di soggiorno. Ms. Manpreet Kaur which one was serving with check-in but didn't give the boarding pass, i asked for the reason & she even told me that i have to wait without giving me a reason...this thing was making me nervous & stress, I was thinking what the hell is going on!! I'm not a terrorist & i have all regular documents. I asked again to Mr. Gurwinder why i have to wait & how long! He replied me may be half hour... Meanwhile Ms. Manpreet Kaur was being agressive & her voice tone was not polite, she was inviting to be polite & telling that my docs are not in well condition etc etc but she wasn't able to read Italian, none of the staff even Gurwinder Sir... Finally Mr. Robert came & checked the Unlimited permit stay & he told to his staff that it is regular. I kindly ask to the person who select the employee to form them as well to be formal, educated & polite to the customers/passangers. I ask them to take a proper action for the rude behaviour of Ms. Manpreet Kaur. Thank you in advance & best regards.

                                  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I travelled from Kochi to Dubai in Qatar Airways on 25thAugust under booking reference 2JN7HU. My initial booking was for 29thAugust which I had to advance to 25th August as my company wanted me to report earlier than the scheduled date. I would say this was one of my worst experience related to changing the tickets where first time I see the world 5-star airline selling tickets the way movie tickets are sold in black market. I bought the ticket for Indian Rupees 16, 591 initially to travel on 29th August and I had to pay additional INR 27902 for advancing the ticket to 25th August making the total price of INR 41070 for an economy class ticket. Upon asking the customer care why there is huge difference he mentioned that this is “higher class” of economy. Upon asking him to elaborate what he meant by “Higher Class”he had nothing to differentiate it from other economy except for fare. I have travelled by taxi, train and bus but I think this is only mode where fares are based on need of the passengers. I was the most expensive passenger in the whole aircraft sitting in economy class where even people travelling in business class bought ticket paying lesser than me. In light of above I ask Is there no rule which regulate the air fare, especially by the IATA? How can the airline charge so much in excess just for advancement by 4 days? How they sell the seat I vacated (dated 29th Aug) to another passenger for more than INR 16, 591 which I am sure they did? Soself claimed World 5-Star Airline exploiting passenger needs, they don’tunderstand that it’s passengers who give them this title and they don’t get itjust by advertising.

Your Job Offer Summary is as follows; CONTRACT DURATION: 72 MONTHS CONTRACT TERM (extendable). Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee. ARTICLE 4: DISABILTY. In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. VISA PROCESSING FORMALITIES/CONTACT DETAILS OF THE BRITISH IMMIGRATION. The Hard Copies of your Confidential Invitation Letter and other Supporting Documents has been sent to the British High Commission for their review and verification. 1. VISA AND WORK PERMIT Job applicants will be contacted by the Qatar airways visa/permit agency Mr.Phillip Scott director visa/permit department British High Commission New Delhi India who has been assigned to the company under the British Authority for visa application and work permit with agreement made between Ministry Of Foreign Affairs United Kingdom, visa and work permit is assured on behalf of the Qatar Airways International Staff Policy. 2. RE-SCHEDULE OR EXTENSION OF JOINING DATE.                                       good day! sir/mam, i know this is a serious matter but it's really important to me and to my family,and really i want to go and to talk to your top/higher management of the qatar airways to complain Ms.Marieta Abrigo Cabriga whose working in your company under PREMIUM TERMINAL (SPA[protected]having affair with my husband,she is married also in the philippines,i have a lots of evidence against her and i want her to pay for what i lost because of her,,she knew that man is married already and right now our marriage status are in trouble,,i know if this is happening to you also you will feel the same way too,,pls..HELP me..i will do everything just to terminate that girl or else i will go to the higher authorities here in doha to give me justice especially to my family...
