I joined qnet on 21feb2020. One of my friend is into this business. But couple of days later i found that this kind of distributorship is not for me. So i decided to withdraw my interest and requested for a refund. I have sent back the products on 13th march 2020 and everything was going smooth.
I really appreciated their response to handle my case.
But all of a sudden their negligence started after i received an email that my refund will be processed withing 30 working days on 24th march 2020.
Till now i have not received my money yet. Its going to be 2 months now. Calling to their support center they says different excuses.
They are only saying your money will be refunded shortly but its a long time now. They also dint respond to the mails.
I am in a very big trouble stuck in this situation
Let me highlight some of the points related to my situations.
I hardly earned 30k a month and invested in this around 1, 50, 000. That involves all my savings till date. (With few loans)
Since i had a hope by earning through this i stepped ahead with few of my wife's savings.
Due to taking 3 months salary in advance from my company i have not received any payments from them from past three months.
Over and above this no body is excusing us for our utility bills neither emi's nor society maintenance.
And you really expect us to excuse qnet for the delay.
Request you to please look into this and help me asap.
