My upline told me that he have started a new business and he will make me his business partner if i invest on the buisness .

Then without informing me anything about what business he joined me in q net .he never told me the company name or anything.

Q net registration is free but for the invested amount i got one travel package which is of no use to me .

I have not used that .it's still fresh .

After refund period over. He's telling me what buisness this is., I'm not interested in such business .

So i mailed the q net support center an network integrity department regarding refund but they are saying that refund time period is over .

They are rejecting my refund request even after i submit all the evidence of the misguide done to me .

Please i request the honorable ministry to take action and help me get my refund amount and cancel my IR status.

Im not willing to do this business.

I am writing this to you regarding the Fraud and misleading happened with me from QNET IR, or So called my upline.

My IR NO- IN854205

Mr Suryakant Sharma, Ankit Kumar and Bijendra Kumar misguided me about this business and took 2.24 L from me. After this they informed me about this MLM business.

They created the different email id saying this will help you in this business, He gave this email id to me after 10 days of purchase. They did the purchase without my knowledge. But in the agreement it should be selected by the 1st Party (Me).

They did this purchase on 14th July 2022 even before signing the contract by me. They Informed me about this on 24th July after passing the Refund due days. Agreement signing date was 15th July 2022.

Without giving me any information they did the international purchase of 2240 USD which is approx 1.8 Laks INR. But I have Paid 2.24 INR. What about my remaining balance?

They (Mr Ankit ) Provided me the invoice or receipt of purchase today on ( 2/08/2022). So I came to know about this.

I want to Cancel all my Orders and (Distributorship) IR Ship. Because it has not purchased by me.

I have all the proof with me. Please take the necessary action against QNET. and refund my money back. please find the attachment of whatsapp chat.

In India Qnet IR are duping and looting people on daily basis by using planned scripted way of showing their knowns and friends a business opportunity and chance to earn 5 crores in 5 years of project in partnership. They lure friends for investment from 3 lakh to 10 lakh to start business and after taking moneybuy products on online store of Qnet portal which are very expensive and useless products. Real purpose is not to sell products online but to induce new IR to indulge in chain business to trap more and more people for earning huge commissions through binary compensation plans. Even after cases going on Qnet in all over India still these agents are continuing this banned business of Qnet agressively.

My friend / upline introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing saying it is a E- commerce business with 2.5 lakhs as investment. He have not enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and him uplines brain washed me and made me to pay Rs. 2, 50, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time i came to know i was trapped.
Actually i was joined 30/01/2020. My ID: IN237246 and my upline name is P.SURESHKUMAR and ID: IN243329. But starting trust my friend fully but he is cheating with my money, because he is not explained properly About this type of business . Two and half years requesting my money refund.

I was not aware of the Business at all and they only given me wrong informations and
I was misinformed in everything by my Upline they didn't even told me about term and condition of the products and anything about the return policy.
They created a different mail id of my name and bought all the products.
I even told them in the first day itself i want refund but they refused and told me there is no such options
I come to know about this when he shared the gmail and i got the qnet welcome message it was given there 30 day return policy and so i send the mail immediately. I didn't know about the 7 days policy.

Now i am getting information like it's a 7 day return policy no one informe me about that
Now what i should do i want refund and i even mailed within 30 days but they bought my product in dollars

I have been misguided and cheated into this qnet fraud business.They have not enclosed any information regarding the company and work. They brainwashed me and kept harassing till i made me to pay RS.225000. During the welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped.Since then, I have been fighting and raised many requests by mailling on their global support center mail ID to refund my money back within grace period and with valid ID proof. But they decline to refund my money back by replying me that I have not raised refund request within grace period and without valid ID proof.

I stopped attending the trainings as they are mostly involved in tricks to scam others in joining the business.

As per Government law, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Consumer Protection Act 2019, kindly help with getting my money back.

Hi I am Taraka Raghava with IR: IN720829, joined into this company on 13th May by saying I have to sell the products and did not mention anything about the refund period.
