Helo Qnet,

Already i register a complaint. But your team marked it as resolved but it's not resolved, I don't get my 5 Lakhs back and at the same time Qnet don't take any action towards him till now.
Please don't appreciate this kind of cheating activities and don't encourage them. I'm not in the business even a single day so for sure i want my money back. Take any action

        My friend/upline introduced me to this bussiness, without telling of network marketing he said it is a ecommerce bussiness and need 2.82 Lakhs as investment later on it was used to buy a useless product a tripsavr package.

        Even in middle i have asked that this is not like ecommerce bussiness, but he insisted you'll get success and didn't tell the type of business until 30 days by the time the refund period was over. Now they are telling me to join 20 people inorder to get success.

        I am sending you this complaint and requesting you to take action against the company.

            Upliners misguiding me to join Qnet forcefully even after I'm denying to start
            They came up with so many excuses to start business with them.They took money in there bank account & they won't tell me the company name before taking money from me. They do all transactions registration they won't allow me to access my portal which has been registered by themselves & password & security pin has been set by themselves.They can't hear from us single word instead they just shouting if we say different from them or questions them about the company.They won't follow any ethical behaviour they made purchase or sign ups when someone is in hurry or not in state of mind to take decision or in dilema .
            & If we ask for refund they instead giving information about refund policy they try to convince us to stay there .& They don't do anything & if we take follow ups then they be shouting like u don't need to take follow ups from us .& They even don't give any explanation about our refund policies .And if we contact with customer care or any other portal of support of Qnet company they harassed us for it.They say downline can't directly make calls to the company they will do it for us but they can't do single thing for us.everything needs to be done by ourselves bcoz they even don't give any information about grace period of refund policy.they just kept saying that refund will take time of 2-3 months .

              I have been cheated by my upline yogesh Naik who withhold information about company since 4 years. When I strongly asked him he gave me information now i don't want to work in this company I am not interested I had complained about him in customer care but they are no help i went to global support but they are also not responding is it how you keep company credibility? Please return my money it's urgent. Don't play with common people like us

                Hi Sir/Madam
                This is you to inform my Upline is my office colleague He hasn't not enclosed any information regarding the company and the product he purchased TRIPSAVR ADVANCE $1900 on Jan 7 2022 its E commerce business if you joined and worked you will get a weekly payment after i joined even he didn't tell about the refund policy also therefore i requested for a volunteer resignation on February 7 2022 along with self attached hand written resignation letter and now it been over 30 days notice period.But still didn't get any confirmation about the TC or PORTAL that has been suspended or inactive deactivated, because most of the people are not aware of this platform also here after no one can cheated or fooled like me by my position or tc so kindly need a confirmation as soon as possible because QNET is ruined many people's life including me in a very dangerous situation.

                  I recently started the business with the referral of (Mayil Raj). while the referrer didn't explain me fully about the business and just now came to know the real business model. i am not interested in this kind of business.

                    I have been referred into the qnet business by co-worker. For starting a business with qnet we have to invest 4 lakhs and my co-worker/upline purchased product qvi gold membership worth rupees 3.8 lakhs without giving any information about this product. Product purchased on 02/09/2021 and on 07/09/2021 i told him i don't want this product and want refund but he said there is no solution on this now product has been purchased to you and nothing can be done but on 25/09/202 i got to know that as per the qnet refund policy within 7 days you can return the product to company but he lied to me and said we can't return the product now and i was not aware of the qnet policies at that time. Now the time has been passed and i am not able to return the product to company now. I am a victim of cheating. I want to return the product to company and want my money back.

                      I have joined on 09 April 2021through my Office colleague. He said it is highly earning e-commerce platform. 150 companies are there. Also mentioned 2, 3 companies which is Bernard H mayer, nutriplus, exchange world etc. They didn't give the real name of the company. Also they misguided and leading to take 300, 000 package. But i can't afford it.i invested 188000 inr.they said, will give training and everything. .And useless package such as tripsavr and business courses.They didn't give any of the policies and procedures of the company before my joining.Wchich means, pretalk and plan. I trusted my friend and she also cheated me on the behalf of this money scam. But after 2 months they give training and that time i realized i am trapped. I asked refund, they said time is up, no refund available. i arranged this much money through my friends. Now i don't know what to do. I can't sleep. Please help me to get rid of this money scam company. I want my money back. I don't want to go through this stupidity.
                      An also requested to take action against these kind of scam companies and people.

                          My name is Manish Kureel,

                          I have joined this business on January 26 by my (friend) referrer without any correct details regarding the business. I have asked them before whether it is a referring/ joining business. But they said it is not that kind of business rather it is all about overhead management and e-commerce business. So I trusted and joined in this business by giving Rs. 400000 as start-up capital and later when I want to quit the business after 15days I have said my grand upline that I don't want to do this chain business. They took couple of sessions in this process my 30 days lost and then they convenience me to join my wife also and I was said that the only way of earning is joining people. Afterwards, they insisted to join my daughter and my brothers also they ask me to take the loan for this. I was totally misguided by them. Now also I am not able to process the cancellation of my and my wife's ID and claim for a refund. My upline now said that there is no chance of refund now it should be processed at that time only. I was cheated by them.
                          Now I am not able to process my cancellation due to the buyback policy. At the time of the interview, I was not given any documents to read the policy, I want my refund. Please help me to get a refund 🙏🏻🙏🏻

                            I was given a faulty product without my notice and when i tried to return they have been just dodging my request. Its been over a year i have written several emails and calls though every time they respond they will look into the matter. After six months they agreed to receive the defective product but are not ready to provide a Ewaybill. Since this is a luxury item no courier services are ready to ship without a Ewaybill. I have invested INR200, 000 and have been asking for refund since a year.

                                I was joined this business on February 2020 with referral to my friend as Upline. He haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and his uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.320000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know that I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support but they are not ready to refund it after 30 days of product purchase. They have ordered some products for me and those products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of his team upline (top Upine).

                                    Pawan Sharma, Mr. Ravi Chaudhary and Mr. Mukesh Yadav and asked to arrange money for the e-commerce platform business. They gave a false promise for instant gratification and asked me to take out a loan to put into this business (My Business) and after that they asked me to start the same process to be involved in this chain without disclosing the process and product. I believe as a Qnet you should stop such malpractices and educate people about the products and process instead of joining in the chain.

                                    I have attended three introduction meetings but none of the meetings they share what are the products and processes of the Qnet. This is a bigger virus than Corona. If you can't stop such fraudulent activities gullible people will fall in this trap and these fraudsters enjoy the commission without guiding on products and process. And show big cars and dreams which are altogether fake promises. I already applied for the refund but by sharing false promises they forced me to write a mail for cancellation of refund.

                                    I am a victim of such an incident and looking for a refund. If you feel QNET is ethical please help me refund my entire money and threaten or cancel the IR registration of the name mentioned in this communication to stop further damage to any future person. I am completely against forcing someone to take out a loan and enter into business. Pl educate your IR to introduce safe and ethical practices if QNET as a firm would like to continue in future otherwise this scam/virus spread by such fraudster IR will definitely ruin the image of QNET in coming days.

                                    I in fact did not complete my KYC and necessary process for the IR ship and was given the IR no. IN985888 by asking me to purchase Bronze and Gold TripSavr. This shows how these guys are behind the money and not selling the products. (Gold membership is for 30 years and Bronze for 5 years, what is the logic of clubbing both the membership and asking us to pay for it).

                                    If you truly feels that QNET is genuine and ethical way of promoting their products and earning, please help me to refund my entire money back ASAP and take strict action against these fraudster. Jai Hind. Thank you!
