I was cheated with one of my college friend. She never told me about the business . After i paid the money which is 120000 she told me about the company. And when i searched about it i asked her about my refund . Earlier she was no ready and when she get she never told me there will be any deduction amount and now she is telling u can get only 110000 only . When i searched about the product it cost is 110335 only . And i have to forcefully accept the order also as i refused to take when it was on his way but i have to do that and for sending it back also i have to spend 400 rs as a speed post charge . She is also not providing me the email id through which i can contact through the company

I was affected by our upline who misguided and miscommunicated about product and business structure. They have not told any where like MLM or company name and they are not ready to explain about business further.

After the money was transferred to the IR on trust, I came to know that the business is an MLM which I strongly do not wanted to do. Also I was not informed of any product purchase till I was asking for refund.

Somehow I managed to get my IR number and the receipts from those who cheated me. I had then raised the refund request((Case No:CVN[protected] CRM:[protected]) with QNET. I am still not having confidence on Qnet as the delivery company was having a different shipping contact number which is not even mine. I think they are playing with the hard earned money in the name of expensive useless product and cleverly giving wrong information so that the products are not even reaching users.

Please help me on the refund as still the 30-days buy back did not completed.

They have not told any where like MLM or company name and they are not ready to explain about business further. They are only telling Amazon and flipkart hybrid business and ecommerce. If no solution will found will esacalate it at high level against those people and will also file a complaint against them

I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend upline (IN515683). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work . He and his uplines brain washed me and made me to pay Rs 110000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today(15/07/2021) and ordered registered date is (06/08/2020). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (top upline). It costs totally Rs 110000 actual price. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying except training amount Rs 110000 remaining amount will be returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete Rs.110000 Amount inversted back. kindly help on getting my money back.

My Upline (friend) Mr. Kalusalingam (IN939042) who is working in my company offering about the business opportunity to me. He asked 4 lakhs to do business and he told it’s a flipkart and amazon mode business and he not told anywhere MLM or network marketing.I told him I don’t have money. Then, he arranged the loan for me for 4 lakhs.Once I received the money I transfer the money to him by netbanking and Gpay.And he not told any where about the product of QVI silver club membership card which is he given to me. He taken my money and bought QVI silver membership card.
Package cost 2.5Lakhs and rest of the cost he taken away. Balance amount he not given proper consumption. And this qvi silver membership package my upline bought me without my concern. and i not used or tampered this product since purchase of this product. But I am paiding monthly EMI due to irresponsible upline.
