I am rasing complaint again for open the case. Because without providing any details, they have marked as Resolved.
I have recently joined this business with a referral to my friend Upline (S Divya and IR-IN147830). She hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her up lines brainwashed me and made me to pay RS.380000. During the welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (6/19/2021) and ordered/registered date is 6/01/2021). Also products that were not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team up line (S Divya and IR-IN147830). It costs totally of RS.83000 for Physical Products and RS.299500 for Virtual products. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money.
I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS.380000 invested back.
In Government law, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Consumer Protection Act 2019. Kindly help with getting my money back.
Awaiting a positive response from your side.

I didn't ordered or buy any product sir/mam.
My mistake is believing someone, thinking him as my friend.

Yesterday I requested you to cancel my distributorship and products.

And you replied me that qnet will hold commission and product amount..

Tell me ethically, if somebody took money and misguided you and spent money somewhere useless without your knowledge., And you have to pay the price!!!

Does it feel right!!

Kindly take some action and refund my amount.
I am from middle class..
I dont want to be fraud like those people..
I can remain same., die same.. Happily, peacefully..

I sent image of money transfered to gajendiran..

I request, I beg, I pray, for my refund... And cancel my distributorship

Sir/mam,
First of all, gajendiran IR IN720203 (Vihaan), never informed me he works where, before paying money. He told that he works as online processor and distributor in flipkart, amazon.
And there is 56 mnc tied up together

He was my friend so I beloved him and sent money to him.

Next, I had interview on zoom call.
They did interview to me, and told that very few gets this opportunity., and you have been selected to be distributor of 56mnc companies., such as myntra.. And they even told they are direct distributor of kent water purifier.

I was in dreamland that I am going to sell products in myntra, flipkart, and others as well.

Gajendiran told me never afraid of anything I will take of everything. I was asking everyday how to sell and how to monitor the selling products, thinking truly as a distributor.

And next day in had zoom call with vc vijay, he thought about dreams, and importance and follows, and told company name as qnet.

He told 2 ways of making money by selling products first way.

Second way is by getting IR's left and right.

And after meeting I spoke with gajendiran again., what is this?
I cant do referal!!
But I can do business by selling..
Till then he never said importance of referal in networking.. He told "it is just like flipkart, that's way I told you."

And I attended zoom calls everyday.
And I was thinking to sell products like other platforms. HOPING it is so..

And I got books too.

He said to read everything., and I was truly truly in belief, whatever he said..
And even he and asked me to do hotzones.
And I was again trying to get another loan.
Even he told that, "do hotzones I will take you to FADP program and you will become gold star", and I believed that too.

And after that uplines were interested in my contacts, which was 800..
And uplines informed me to speak in every meeting, and tell how many contacts I have!!.

Therefore I understood what is all about this!!

And I came to know what the work is to be done in qnet.

I went and spoke with my friends, they told me that
"how can you believe someone who never told you what work is?"

I got strike in my brain..
And I asked gajendiran, you never told what business is?? At first why you told it is flipkart!!

Why so?? I told him, give my money back..

He and uplines were trying to convince me

And told me you wont get cash back..

I asked why, they told that with my money they got RSP allocation, and cornered me, by asking why didn't you said last week..

I told "I had trust in gajendiran and you guys.
But you spent money without asking me".
Even I did not got my IR NUMBER..
Why is so??

Only after long fight I got my IR number, without password.
I got password through another qnet friend.

Immediately I changed password from SAMURAIS to another..

Such fear I had in those uplines., that they could do anything for money.. Even they might kill somebody for money..

And now I am paying loan amount..

I feel cheated..

I lost trust in friend whom I believed.

Sir/mam,
In every action he was telling me he was with me, but he was working behind the scene, by getting rsp and his commisions without considering my feelings..

I was just positive and thought everything will be alright and works well., last 2 to 3 days I understood without referral this wont work.

And how can you expect me to trust again..

And this is the way, I am misguided, mislead, looted..

Now, god knows how I feel...

I never ever done something like this to anybody..

Even if I dont get justice, from anybody.
Most important thing, I learnt in my life!!
Never trust anybody..
People are becoming demons, , for getting money they will go to any extent.

100 percent true, what I said from my side!!
I trusted, and got beaten in my head for that..

Ok can I ask question sir/mam??
Is this is the way they get people into the business sir/mam.

Not right, they why those people are cornering me..

And do you feel ethical sir/mam, which I underwent!!

And strongly believe god will punish them..
Even nobody cares, he cares me..

Thankyou mam/sir, for asking my heart pain.

Gajendiran he asked my details, I sent him. Through whatsapp that's all I know sir/mam..
He used me, and my details..
And he bought products without consulting me or he didn't even bother about it I think..
Such a foolish act by me..

Why do I need tripsavr sir/mam?
Why do I need tea bags sir/mam?

He ordered using my money..

Now I know what you are going to question!!
Why did I gave all details..
But believe me, that is what happened..
Now I am victim.. And with so heartache..
All the upline looters will be happy looting.. Others in the same fashion..
And they will make money..
And there will be more trusted fools like me..
Just crying after all actions..
And nobody cares, for ethics..

You being a responsible person take some action sir/mam.

Atleast others will not fall inside the trap..
I dont judge anybody sir/mam, thats is why I trusted all the way till the end sir/mam..

I learned that way,
not to judge.
Not to hurt.
Not to be bad person sir/mam.

Now I learnt an important lesson, sir/mam,
Many demons are around us.. Dont trust even your friends...
I thank god that I did not pay another 6 lakh rupees for hot zones by obtaining loan.
