Qnet — cancellation of distribution and refund request: distributor id in781385

Hi,

I would like to complaint about qnet india's lethargic support system which they claim is world class.
I have joined qnet in last week of november 2019 and bought few products from qnet.
After understanding about qnet's actual business model in couple of days, i have decided to cancel my distribution and requested for refund with clear calculation of my refund amount.

Order number: dn56450011
Total amount paid: inr 201, 420
Order number: dn56460164
Total amount paid: inr 22, 450

Response for cvn[protected] received till date. I am not sure about the refund calculation but got credit of inr 192, 671 today (14th feb'2020) to my bank account.
Response for cvn[protected] is yet to be received.

After repeated followups and involving grievancecell team, i got refund of amount 192, 671 inr in my bank account where as my actual spend was 2, 23, 870 inr which is inclusive of gst, shipping & handling.

When i have asked their support team to share the calculation of the refund amount, they have not responded till now.

Usually when any e-commerce is purchased and goods are not accepted at destination, there should not be any deductions but i have no clue where 31, 199 inr has gone till now.

Need someone to look into this issue immediately.

If any additional information is required, qnet support team can reach to my registered email id with them.

Thanks,

In case they sent any email, request you to arrange to resend email to my registered email.

Also let me know the date by when i would be receiving the Form 16 as stated by you in earlier update.

Hi team,
I want to share an update on the communication received from QNET.
I have received the update that as PAN card is not available with them, they cannot issue me TDS certificate for the commission earned. I am totally surprised to see that when i am asking for the GST amount deducted for purchase of products, they said that TDS was deducted. Now they are saying my PAN number is not available.
I fail to understand that when i have not even accepted the products for delivery, how can a seller deduct the GST amount and not refund. I am sure this kind of GST amount is not deposited with the government and goes directly in the QNET pocket as unclaimed amounts which is illegal.

I need some advise on how to address this issue and make QNET support team understand about my grievance. As per communications i am receiving, i totally am loosing hope on the QNET and want to take legal action on QNET. Suggest me if i have to reach out to Income tax team or GST team for this kind of issue.

Hi Forum,
I would like to update here that even after so many follow ups and reminders, QNET support team and Grievance team have not responded appropriately and again they are copying and sending the same message sent in February'2020. In the latest message they are asking me to get in touch with my referrer to understand more on TDS(Actually it is GST amount applied for the products) amount of Rs.31, 200/-.

I am not sure if i will get the amount of not, but beware of this company and note they claim that they are world class company in Network marketing but they have pathetic support team who are not even capable o[censored]nderstanding basics of taxation terms. When i ask about GST amount they talk about TDS and form-16 when i ask about Form-16, they say my pan number is not updated in their records. If you have to get in touch with their customer care, then forget it...instead of that you can explain 10 pages of email in same time. I believe they have planned their support structure in such a way that most of the people who want refund or cancellation are fed up and leave, so that they can keep that money which is actually not theirs. Yeah i understand that few people are making crores but at the expense of close friends and relatives. First level of victims are family members, relatives and friends and later their network. So basically the culture that is groomed by this business model is GREED WITHOUT MORALS and once someone gets into this chain it is impossible to get full refund no matter what.

SO PEOPLE, DO NOT FALL INTO THIS QNET BUSINESS TRAP UNLESS YOU HAVE A JEAL TO LEARN IN MARKETING AND WANT TO MAKE LONG TERM CAREER IN MARKETING OR SALES. BUT YOU HAVE TO KEEP ONE THING IN MIND THAT YOU ARE GOING TO FIRST CLIMB UP THE LADDER AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR CLOSE ONES' TRUST AND MONEY.

SHAME ON SUCH MODEL AND THOSE SUPPORTING THIS.

If anyone has an issue with QNET refunds, please send mail to the GST Non-compliance department as Vihaan does not provide any GST Invoice but charge GST amounts. I got a refund initially excluding the GST amount. After 12 months of follow-up, when I finally reported to the GST council, Vihaan representatives called me from their GST team and refunded the amount in a day. Basically, most o[censored]s do not know that we can report to the GST team led by the Govt. of India.

Below is the email which I got when I raised the complaint. I thought it would be useful at least for a few if they are reading this.

To report such instances
