I was recently joined QNet months before with a referral to my friend upline. He hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and the work. My friend upline brainwashed me and made me pay [$USD 2528]. During the welcome session, they have enclosed a few information but not completely, and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested a refund from the QNet support team today[26 July 2021] and ordered /registered date[10 July 2020]. Also, products that were not directly purchased by myself, it was done by one of the team uplines. It cost a total of rupees [Rs.187640.80] in Indian rupees. I haven't attended any training sessions and I'm requesting you to refund my fully invested amount.
As per government law, the consumer protection act 1986 and the consumer protection act 2019.
Kindly help with getting my money back. Awaiting a positive response from your side.
