Qnet — Complaint regarding non-receipt of product and delayed refund

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with your company. On 13 Feb 2023, I placed an order for chairos sniper through your website, which was estimated to be delivered within six weeks, as per your company's policy.

However, I regret to inform you that, as of today's date, I have not received the product, despite the stipulated period having passed. Due to this prolonged delay, I sent a cancellation request via email on 24 June 2023, which was duly acknowledged and approved by your organization. The cancellation was confirmed with a Ref.: CVN[protected].

While I understand that cancellations can take some time to process, I am extremely disappointed to inform you that, even after [4-5 months] have elapsed since my cancellation request, I have not received the promised refund for my canceled order. This is in clear violation of your company's commitment to providing a timely refund as per your policy.
