Thank you for ur support pls give the statement for the usages of this account for the last 6months of possible. When i logged today my balance statement showing ₹600000 inr after wards while i am searching for hotels i made refresh and now my tripsavr savings bank balance showing ₹ 440850inr. Pls let me know how the points were redeemed from the account.

Note : i have not used any points from savings bank balance.
