[Resolved] Qnet — did not get the refund

It's been 43 working days after i got the confirmation mail from the company regarding the refund. Till today i didn't get any money from the company. They just say that the money is sent to the bank and they are waiting for the transaction update. I feel the fact is that the vihaan direct selling bank account is been frozen because of the fraud cases in cyberabad. The people involved in this business are really shameless. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. QNET compensates its Distributors through whom the sale is facilitated, on the basis of sale of ‘products’ only. The details of commissions are given in the company website under Policies and Procedures tab. kindly read it. The company also follows a 30 day refund policy for all its products and services. Any customer, who is not satisfied with the product of the company, once complaint is established as genuine, always has an option of claiming a refund within the stipulated period.
