Qnet — false commitment and fraud with me

One of my close friend(Praving Chavan) has invited for me business opportunity with his upline he told me that the business module n asked to invested 1.70 lakh and he promise will get income on weekly basis min 30k but after a month i come to know this is network marketing then i was asked him to refund my money but he rfuled .so i need money back
