Qnet — Formal complaint against qnet refund request denied unfairly

I'm writing to formally lodge a complaint against QNet regarding a denied refund request for a product I purchased on 4th April 2025 (Reference ID: CE066910).
QNet has rejected my refund request on the grounds that:
1. It was submitted after the 7-day grace period.
2. It was made from an "unregistered" email.
3. I allegedly agreed to their Terms & Conditions.
I firmly deny and challenge all the above grounds for the following reasons:
I did not sign, agree, or acknowledge any form of Terms and Conditions or Agreement at the time of purchase. No explicit checkbox, signed form, or recorded consent was provided.
QNet has not presented any signed agreement or verifiable consent from my side that binds me to their policies.
The denial of a refund, without giving me a proper hearing or verification process, is both unethical and violates basic consumer rights.
Moreover, my request was raised with valid concerns, and the product sold was not explained or marketed transparently, which amounts to mis-selling.
Despite several attempts to reach QNet, including trying to call their international number (which failed due to balance issues), I have not received adequate support or alternative solutions.
This is unacceptable, and I am requesting your assistance to:
Initiate a thorough investigation against QNet.
Help process a full refund for the above purchase.
Prevent such unfair practices for other consumers in the future.
