Dear Sir/Madam,

I am KURALARASAN K (IM374746). I previously sent an email requesting the termination of my QNET membership and a refund of the amount paid. However, I have not received any clear guidance on the procedures or protocols related to this business model.

My upline, MOHAMMED AZHAR Z (IM053183), failed to provide accurate information about the structure and functioning of the business. For more than two months, I was only advised to “stick to the basics” without any proper explanation. Whenever I asked for clarity on how the business operates, I received no answers.

Before joining, I specifically asked my upline to explain the business model. Instead of providing transparent details, he persuaded me to join without disclosing that recruiting and maintaining a downline is essential to sustain and progress in this system. After two months, it became clear that this is a multi-level marketing (MLM) business. Although I completed the basics as instructed, my uplines began pressuring me to approach my friends, family, and acquaintances to explain the business — even though I still had no proper understanding of it myself.

I was never given guidance on how to operate or progress in this business without recruitment. When I inquired about alternative methods, I was provided with no protocols or support. Furthermore, neither the refund policy nor the complete details of the business model were disclosed to me at any stage, making it extremely difficult to obtain transparent information.

As per the above-mentioned issue, I wish to raise a formal complaint regarding the false and misleading information I received from my upline. Based on this misrepresentation, I invested ₹204, 000 (≈ $2, 400) and an additional ₹1, 000 (≈ $12) to join the business, totaling ₹205, 000 (≈ $2, 412).

I am not even aware of what products were purchased with my investment, as all of this was handled by my upline and his colleagues at the time of purchase. Despite my repeated inquiries, they never provided a clear response regarding how my investment was actually utilized.

As a result of this misguidance, I am requesting compensation of ₹60, 000 (≈ $706). I believe this is a fair request, considering the lack of transparency and the misleading nature of my onboarding.

This matter is urgent, and I kindly request immediate resolution. I have all the necessary evidence to support my claims and am prepared to take further action if required.

I am reaching out with the expectation of receiving proper assistance and a prompt response.
