Qnet — full amount refunded

Hi all,

Friends, i joined this wrong qnet on june 2, within an week i applied for refund, that is on 8th june,
Later they approved on 30th june saying amount will refund within 60 working days to bank account,
But it took almost 100+ days and finally i got all my money back on 20th oct.

Please go through below communication done with q net team date wise

Please be informed that your refund request has been sent to hold the commission and product so that we can process for refund.

Please note that your refund process has been completed.

Kindly provide the scan copy or snapshot of bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf which has (Account holder name, account number, ifsc code, bank branch and bank name) printed on the document of the concern ir to move further.

Please note due to technical challenges we are unable to process bank transfer for all the state banks, federal banks, corporation banks and co-operative banks.

So i sent all my bank details with canceled cheque.

Please be informed that your refund process has been completed and sent to finance for further proceeding please be of payment through bank transfer as per your request.

Refund amount will hit your bank within 60 working days.
