Qnet — have not got the refund from qnet even after 6 months

Hi,

My name is alex bennet
I have purchased a product from qnet on 16 june. After some days i realised that this not a good and ethical business and i have applied for refund on july 6 that is within 30 days after i purchased the product. On 10 july i got a confirmation mail. They refund period they said was 60 days. But now its been more then 160 days and i still have not got my money back. When i call the lady rekha who is incharge of the refund department she is saying that they are facing some technical challenges. But its not true. I have all the mail communications with them as a proof. I am really in need of money. Please help me.

I Had ordered some material on Qnet vihan, and cancelled my order within policy time line.

early they said refund will back in 60 working days, and now extended more 40 days without reason.
