Qnet — have not got the refund from qnet even after 6 months

My name is alex bennet
I have purchased a product from qnet on 16 june. After some days i realised that this not a good and ethical business and i have applied for refund on july 6 that is within 30 days after i purchased the product. On 10 july i got a confirmation mail. They refund period they said was 60 days. But now its been more then 160 days and i still have not got my money back. When i call the lady rekha who is incharge of the refund department she is saying that they are facing some technical challenges. But its not true. I have all the mail communications with them as a proof. I am really in need of money. Please help me.
