[Resolved]  Qnet — i don't have your id and upline not telling me where is my money.

I can start with this, i lost my mother's hard-earned 3, 00, 000 rs. (3 lac rupees) to some people by fraud under the name of qnet. I am not even from the middle-class indian family. My monthly salary is not even more than 30 thousand rupees, and even we as a family doesn't earn much. We are mainly the farmers, and you may know today's condition of farmers. This 3 lac rupees amount is a huge amount for us. We got cheated, and it feels like we have lost everything. Yes, 3 lac is a lot for us.

People are qnet distributor, and they took 3 lac from me.

The registration and purchase of products were not completed. After the final presentation on (25th june 2020), i did make the transaction from my account. However, before the registration could be completed, i decided not to go ahead with the business and hence raised a refund request.

So, from then they are telling me your money is safe and we will refund you soon. They asked me to send an email from my email id to net, but as my email id not registered with qnet, and qnet is asking me a distributor id which i don't have with me.

Now, it's been 20 days, this people now sending me some screenshot randomly and saying your refund in process, but i can't trust on them as they don't send the complete mail chain to me.

I asked for my ir id but they ignored me. They have switched off their phones. We are just talking on the telegram channel and they are saying to me my mone.

I am attaching the screenshot to verify if a refund really going on from qnet's end. If 30 days period gets over, i will not get my refund back.

I have sent money to some bank account (Attaching the receipt of the transaction), which they are saying that it is the sister company of vihaan direct.

When i asked qnet to verify it if the given communcation really going on, they are asking me for ir id, which i don't have, as distributor are not giving it to me. All the communication over email is now happening through there own email id, i am not sure why. I haven't purchase anything and they are not returning my money. They are saying that everything should happen in the process.
