[Resolved]  Qnet — Misguide me and request for refund

My IR ID(IN668039). One of my friend referred me to this Her . She misguided me. She gave me a wrong information and didn't discusse anything about the company and what was an actual process and she brainwashed me. She didn't discusse which product going to be purchased but she decided and purchased and convinced me. Actually i paid 2 lacs but she gave me acknowledgement for one lacs only. after sometime i found something went wrong because she delayed the process then i decided and request for refund then only she sent the details that was attached for your reference. and i request qnet support team also. I am not interested this kind of business. Purchase was happended on 30th july 2021 and she got all details on same day itself. but she sent details after request for refund. If you need any other information i will provide for further assitance. 18th august 2021 i requested her for refund through whatsapp and again send mail on 20th august 2021.

So kindly request you to consider this mail as a refund request and help me to get my refund as soon as possible. This amount is very important for me.
