This is prakash. I have been invited by my ex colleague to invest 3.81 lakhs in so called e commerce buisness on july 2019 (The name qnet wasnt revealed until last day). Once i came to knew it was qnet i didnt enrolled in to the process not even signed the documents. My money was used buy some useless vacation packages. So i filed for refund through mail and calls to qnet cus care. They said it will be processed within 30 working days. 2 months passed i m still not getting my amount back. They are keep postponing transaction saying some silly reasons like the bank not responding, etc., and keep delaying things. I dont feel this process legit lost trust in this organization. Now i am feeling helpless.
