I have been made to invest in QNET investment by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete Knowledge of this company(Eg.They have not informed the company name while I ask to them after collecting my amout and later they have told me and they also create an business gmail account for me and phone number is my referrer number yesterday I ask them whether you have create an account for me i ask to them they said yes we have created an account but we forgot to tell you like that simply my upline told me yesterday) . Still I don't know about qnet information and updation from my phone number or email id. Yesterday only I have received gmail account when I ask to them. But they collected my personal gmail account and phone number but they didn't give these details simply they have created and the information will see by my friend and if they should have informed me about my roles and responsibilities earlier means i have not invested in this field. Which is not suitable personally for me . Later after the welcome meeting only i come to we need to jion some direct referrer in this field which is not suitable literally for me sir/madam.i asked so many times about this they said after ONBOARDING you will come to know & after next session you will know before that you need to invest the money. Like that they told after investment I ask to them I need my money my friend just told me that now discussion will be there what ever doubts you have you please ask to sir like that. Final training completed and I ask to them if I want to earn within one month what I have to do like that they told please jion two members like that. So many times I ask to them whether I have to jion Or not they won't say clearly. They simply brain wash me.

Without proper information and knowledge, they have purchased (2 watches) products from company and two watches are with me I ask to them whether you taken my amount and you have purchase watch to me like that I ask but they told ( company is providing gift to you for personal use like that) in invoice I have noticed that mail id is different and phone number also different i ask but my friend told me that that is not a problem you have received the products know that Before they didn't inform me the products are going to come company is providing like that they didn't inform me. They said me your money is not invested anywhere your friend (referer)only having and you can retain your money within 3 months which is against company policy & after some long time only they said but it is not clearly mentioned to me.

‌I have transferred 90, 000 rs to my friend(referer) account details after knowing the business is not suitable for me they are not returning I'm asking they are not responding
‌ I'm from fishermen daughter and my father is unable to go for fishing purpose due to health issues. And my mother is housewife. My family is supported by my uncle. He only take caring us. He is also fishermen. He also affected from health issues and operation also done with succesfuly and he is managing two families. I get help from him he lent money for weekly interest
‌He wants a rest of his life by taking risk on money and he gave to me if I'm good in life he can happy that his sacrifice so that only he arranged the money for weekly interest also. (If you need a proof I will summit photo). Please help me this word is from my heart SIR/MADAM without any fake.

I didn't get refund Amount from company side. The complaint didn't resolve from the company. I have send the products to the address given below. To: Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt Ltd No.248, Khata no. 376, Byrathi Village, Bidarahalli Hobli, Bangaluru Urban - 562149 Karnataka Ph: 8861817669. But the products reached on 31.8.2021 . above phone number i have called him and I asked whether the products are reached or not like that I asked but still now he didn't give the products to the company.while I called him and ask when you will give the products to the company he is simply telling that within tomorrow or Monday like that. He is escaping one day from another day like that. I need immediate response from Company side they also didn't resolve my Complaint for refund process. India Support Centre this mail id is company customer mail id. Finally I need my refund amount 90000₹ from company. Still company didn't resolve the refund process. The complaint didn't resolve about refund process. I need refund process.

QNET customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Komathi G Without my permission my friend and my upline create email id for the company and phone number is my friend number I don't know whether they have created after my sense I come to know while complaint I need mail id at time I ask to them two days before(24.8.2021) at the time they have given to me they simply saying we forget to give you and we are working international business . Without permission they ordered two watches I ask to them they simply told me company is providing you gift and for personal use like that they told. Below I'm uploading invoice details.

Updated by Komathi G The policy have been given in email id but they themselve create mail id and then they didn't say anything about policy today only I got the policy from my mail id. Before two days back I got mail id but in my system mail id is not support ting because verification code is send to my friend phone number like that my upline and my friend created. And today mail id is supported after long time now I'm seeing the mail from company they clearly told about refund process today only I got the information. Before if they given me a policy I surely apply before itself below I upload details of the company

He helped me two days before he login with my mail id and password from his system. He helped and send the mail to the company. Today only I have login to my mobile phone

But I send the products and the products are received on 31.8.2021for refund process . Still I didn't get any updates regarding refund process. Please kindly request them to process immediately. Now they are asking new account.And already I have mentioned that my referer personally mentioned her own contact number. And mail I'd also created by her. But she get all details from but she didn't give my contact details to the company. But they were contact to my referer number but she didn't attend the call. Now they need another account details from me today I send another account details that also my bank account . The process is taking so longer. I'm paying weekly interest. Please ask them to transfer the refund amount to my account number. Below I'm attaching the company mail.

Updated by Komathi G Yesterday night from company side they have mailed me that again transaction is bouncing like that the message came through mail. I have give two bank account details . Again they need another like that they are telling. Please kindly I request you sir / madam to rectify the problem in the company. I need immediate refund process. I'm still paying interest for that amount. Please tell to them to transact the amount.

I need to understand the what are the bounce back error in my account. Please refund my amount. Still I have given two account details. But they are telling bouncing back error. What are the bouncing back error please asked them to mail me the understanding of bouncing back error. Otherwise I need to open a new account.

I got refund amount for products I have return know that amount rs 84610 I got from company. But remaining balance my referrer and my upline is not giving. I asked to them. They are telling that one day training session was happend at novotel we paid for you like that they are telling. Already they forced me to attend the meeting like that they told. But I informed that I won't come my parents won't allow me to come. My upline said you please inform your parents I'm going to attend software company tell lies to your parents and come like that my upline told me. I said to them I won't come. There is no policy of the company for attending training for one day have to pay rs 5390 like that there is no policy in the company. Whether they have paid or they used for own purpose also still I don't know. Because they didn't show me the payment proof also still. But I didn't attend the training also. Without my permission my referrer took my amount and what purpose she used I don't now she is telling that you were said at last minute you won't come like that. But they didn't inform me we have already paid amount to like that. Without permission everything was cheated by my referrer and my upline. I have a payment proof and whatsapp message. I need remaining balance from my referrer S.Sumithra(REFERER)

The company does not have any policy that the customer have to pay one day training session amount and without attending also they have to pay like that.
Upline also telling we were paid amout to training and tax like that. I have attached received money refund rs 84610 from company side message also attached . I need remaining balance amount from my referrer. Rs 5390.

I'm still paying interest. 5390rs my referrer have to give without my permission she take my amount and she used. Company also not terminating. She is telling that wherever you want you can complaint. My side there is no problem so that only company is not terminating like that my referrer is telling

Due to heavy rain he usable to go for fishing purpose. I can't able to pay weekly interest. Last Monday 8.11.2021.my referrer told me if you silent I will return within one week like that she told me. Today only last date for returning the amount but from morning I'm messaging to her she is not replying my message but she is coming to online and going. Please ask the company to enquiry the referrer. I'm still paying interest. I'm not asking the interest. I'm asking my amount only. For 90000 I have paid 40000 weekly interest. She get amount July month 2021.5 months gone. But she is not giving balance amount. Asked her to give the amount to me. And asked the company to take step on to her. From morning I'm messaging to her she is not seeing the message also.

The but last week she told me within one week I will return your amount like that she told. One week gone and I'm calling her and messaging her she is not responding and now she doesn't give balance amount. Ask the company to take action on to her. I'm still paying weekly interest. Please help me for balance amount. Wherever you can complaint I won't mind anything. Company won't terminate me. My side there is no mistakes like that she is telling . Take action on to her.
