[Resolved]  Qnet — no refund status

Hi
Ir id - in940485

I have raised a refund request for on 10 - sept after that after following with the customer services with n number of time i got the response on 13 sept that my request has been sent to hold the comission and i will be getting the update by 20-sept end of the day.
But there is no response/ status provided to me regarding this.
