Qnet — Not refunding the amount

A month ago one of my friend fooled me into this scandalous business called qnet which involves mlm etc. Two days later i asked them to recall my purchase and refund me but they are saying they cant do that. As i read their faqs its mentioned that within a month of purchase, if refund is filed, it will be serviced but the agents are playing with people.
