I am IN627805 (member id: QV477834).
Last year November i took myQvi Gold membership for 4 lakhs after which a screenshot of the member id (mentioned above) was sent by the agent itself. I have not received any email for the registration or for the membership details. They are asking me to pay usage fee (per annum) additional for Rs 15000. I have been trying to contact them for the cancellation of the my membership and they are not responding through any of the sources. I have not used any benefits of this membership since i bought. They claimed that they will update me my id password so that i can use all the benefits for future bookings. They have also not mentioned any of the Welcome Kit Products and Club rules as mentioned in the screenshot sent by the agent.
Kindly resolve my issue at earliest as possible.
Further i want to lodge cyber and consumer complaint if the action is not taken for the refund of the money.
