Qnet — policy violation-refund process not being done, buying time for two months!!! | |||
Hi, I, sangita modak with ir id no - in363203 has already requested to india support center team functioning on behalf of qnet to cancel my irship with qnet and requested them to make the refund of the whole amount of ₹2, 90, 000/- that has been used to purchase different products from qnet on my registered bank account with the company. I was misled by my uplines and my referrer, melisha thakur ir id no-in120252. I was not aware of what is the business, as the ir's did not inform me clearly and then the ir's without my consent, using my money purchased different products from qnet. So, it's a clear misleading act done by the uplines! As i have went through the policy that the products purchased from qnet are subject to 30-days buy back policy of the company qnet, so, it is my earnest request that the money of ₹2, 90, 000/- be refunded back to my registered bank account. The products were purchased on 8th of november 2019 and the refund request was made on 15th of november 2019, till then also the product was not delivered and after that, i got an email from the isc team that the product has been kept on hold, however, still they tried to deliver the product to my resedential address on 18th of november 2019, so, again i have sent an email to the isc team regarding the same and they replied back saying that the products have already been dispatched, so do not accept the product and it will return back to them (Reply got from vihaan direct selling) or the isc team. So, i have already done that and did not accepted the products. Also i have provided the isc team with all the necessary receipts of the products purchased, documents and a cancelled check containing the bank account number in which the refund needs to be made. However, even after numerous calls and emails, they sent a last email on 4th of december 2019, stating they are checking with the logistics department whether the products got returned to them or not. That was the las e-mail i received from them, after that email, i have sent them uncountable emails and called them numerous times, every alternate day in a week, asking them for an update and all that the isc team could say is that, the logistics department is not responding and they are escalating the case and will update me by that friday, this monday or sometimes they say within 24 hours. Unfortunately, i have not received a single update from them via any email, unless and until i am calling them, and over the call they repeat the same story again and again, they will update me shortly. But, there's no update. Since my first refund request email, i have been calling them and sending them numerous emails, however the isc team has not taken any action whatsoever, even though, when i got information from the post office people & some authorities, where the products were first delivered to, they said, that the products got returned to bangalore from where they came from on 25th november 2019. So, in november only the products were returned and delivered to them and they are keeping me on hold for almost two months, stating they have no update from the logistics department, for two months the isc team is giving me the same answer. However, after i got into the tracking details with the help of some authorities that on 25th november 2019 the products were returned to them, so on 7th of january 2020 i called the isc team and there was this person name 'jassi' as i heard, who was from the isc team of qnet, who received the call and after telling them that i have got the tracking details, they suddenly put my call on hold and confirmed me that they have received part of the products "the watches" and part of the products still not received by them. So, i asked them to refund back the money of part of the products they have received, but they said they cannot do so unless all the products are received. For two months they have kept my money with lame excuses and now they are still trying to buy more time with the excuse that part of the products they still don't have update about, when both of the couriers/products has been returned and delivered on the same day. Ps-today is 20th of january 2020 and no action has been taken on the refund process whatsoever and they are still hanging on with my money with the excuse that part of the products returned confirmation they required from the logistics department. They commit on replying or providing an update, but everytime they fail on their commitment. I have all the recordings, the legally policy binding refund process, that i have followed and also the tracking details of the products. So, without any further delay kindly look into it at a critical and urgent basis and help me with the refund of ₹2, 90, 000/- from qnet as it's making me bear an interest to bank every month, for the loan that i have taken from bank. Please look into it, before i have to go into some more serious legal action with all the documents, recordings and everything which i possess. I have already provided the banking details via cancelled cheque image on 24th January 2020. However, have not received the refund yet or any communication. Kindly suggest when will the refund be processed.
