I'm Ayushi Agarwal from Moradabad.
On 12 June 2020, I purchased a product and became a (IR) independent representative of qnet, India's subsidiary company vihaan direct selling India pvt ltd
I spent Rs. 1, 10, 050/- INR for product purchase.
I came to know about QNET through one of my friend Navneet Singh (IR ID- IN738427). He said that it is a revenue generation business. But after registering I came to know that it is a network marketing business and I don't want to be a part of it.
Hence, on 27th June 2020, I sent a mail to Qnet customer care on email ID- Support.[protected]@qnetindia.in. As they are having a refund policy of 30 days in india.
On 29th june, I received a mail to courier them the product which i have received against my purchase. On 30th June, I couriered it on the address they gave me on Mail.
After that I received a mail to share the bank details. All this process took 12-13 days. After that on 13th July 2020, I finally received a mail that the refund process is complete and my money will hit in my bank account within 30 working days.
But till now on 23rd August 2020, I haven't received my money back. I request you to please help me get my money back as I have borrowed the money from someone on interest and now I am in big debt because of it. I have to pay back that money.
I called on their customer care number ([protected]) also but they always said that you will get your money but till now the money has not been refunded. Please help me. INR 1, 10, 050 is a big amount for me as my financial conditions are not strong enough.
