I'm Nirmal Prachant G (IM985588). I have joined QNET officially on 25th Nov 2023. I transferred amount of 2, 85, 000 INR to my friend Navya Anumula (IM447564) (Mob: [protected]) on 10th Nov 2023. My upline Sushmitha (Mob:[protected]) purchased the product on 11th Nov 2023 for $3260 USD. But i was not informed anything about the purchase of product and i dint receive any confirmation or receipt regarding the purchase. Later after 25 days now i got to know about this and requested my upline to share me the receipt, and she forwarded the receipt in WhatsApp. Since the purchase was made in USD currency type, the validity for the product is just 7 days. But i was informed only after 15 days, so i was not able to proceed further with refund policy. They clearly did this like a trap because if they purchased the product in Indian rupees i will have 30 days for refund/return, so they purchased in $ Dollars because it has only 7 days validity. They dint inform me anything regarding the purchase for next 7 days. After 15 days i came to know about the purchase and it was already late that i couldn't request for refund officially from Qnet. The distributor form which they shared with me mentioned has mentioned 30 days replacement / refund. They dint inform me anything regarding 7 days replacement policy. Now I'm not able to refund the product. They purchased this product without my knowledge and interest, now i want to return and get refund for the product. During any meetings also they dint give full information about the company and product, they just explained their positive side and said like there is no official compliant on them regarding any Scams. They should have explained completely about the company and product, and should have purchased the product with my knowledge and my wish. I'm requesting for a refund at the earliest. Kindly do the necessary steps for refund. I have attached all the screenshot regarding not getting the receipt for purchase. Contact: [protected], Mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com
