Qnet — received less refund amount

I have paid total 4 lakh to the representative and I got a invoice copy of purchase Rs 3, 70, 650. I got the refund today Rs 3, 67.933 only. Where is that Rs 2, 717 ? But yes I am thankful to Qnet atleast as per my request I got my refund before 31st July. I got my refund today morning only. And I also asked to the representative that I only got invoice for Rs 3, 70, 650 where is my other Rs 29, 350 ? So he told me that Rs 10, 000 is available in my Ecard so I had also requested to cancel my IRship so my IR ID is in hold so the representative told me that Rs 10, 000 will be paid by company only and other Rs 20, 000 the representative will return me. Thanks for refund as per my request but kindly send me the remaining money also that Rs 2, 717 and 10, 000.
