Qnet — refund amount

Details of company - qnet is running its direct selling business in india through it's franchisee named vihaan india pvt. Ltd. They have registered office in india at po box 4332, kalyan nagar, bangalore 560043.

I want to return the substandard highly priced product and i want my refund for all the unauthorised purchases made.

Please help me with the same. I am not interested in it's product or direct selling disguised network marketing funda.
