[Resolved] Qnet — refund from qnet

I want my refund amount as soon as possible and i have been mailing and calling everyday regarding this and the response is not good. They always say we'll update you by mail but they never do that and i have submitted 210000 rupees and i am from a very average family so the amount means a lot for me.
