Send a mail for refund to qnet customer support team, if purchase is in INR then you will have 30 das refund policy, if in USD then u will have 7 days refund policy

yeah i have applied! they sent me back an email.. on 24th of this month my 30 days would be over.. they replied telling me to provide account details and proof of identity .. and they said refund would be processed .. I'll definitely update back to this thread and let you all know if I get the refund!
