Qnet — refund my money from qnet my ir in761857

My ir id number is IN761857.
And i have invested my money in qnet.
Now i want to my money to get refund, my Upline UDAY KUMRAR Neethipudi (Not sure about this IN number till now, but he purchased product on my name) takes me 3.5 lacks and fooled me. Now he abusing me when i ask for money & keep on extending saying all stories i.e. transfer option & all etc.

My Story :

My complain against. Qnet fraud against me by my upline . I'm a comman man and 1 year ago i'm connecting with a person name UDAY KUMAR my Upline. He offer me a business opportunity, and i want to start business. After that i meet with one another senior person Amlan, he said it's online business and require 3.5 lk rs. But i don't have money but i want to do my own startup and manage given 3.5 lakhs with Credit card & still right now am paying EMI for this loan . No one describe me wt the business is this. And one day the explain after taking my money it's a multilevel marketing business. They purchase a useless product on behalf of me and get commission...

MY UPLINE didnt told all below things before starting business :

a) First they need to provide COMPANY INFORMATION - which they not revealing at all before, once done with registration they providing all details.
b) COMPANY PRODUCTS they need to explain before joining - but they not doing this at all
c) BUSINESS PLANS - but they failed to tell all these things.
D) Regarding Refund – IR never said refund at all.
