[Resolved]  Qnet — refund of products and qvi club silver membership

I capt sher amir singh have an ir id no. In870073 with qnet, i was registered with qnet on 26 oct 2018, within few days i discovered the complaints against the company and wrote a mail to them on 28/29 oct 2019 for refunding me rs 3, 50, 000 my refrer blocked my mail id as well as my phone and is not in communication since then, it is more than a year i have not recieved any product etc, i have been regularly writing mails to them for refund they delibrately shipped the products initially by blue dart and then by speed post, i refused to accept any product, my mails continue till date, suddenly on 26 november 2019 they refunded rs. 16, 277/- only i wrote to them for complete refund but they replied that the process is complete at their end and that i should contact my refrer but there is communication from my referer please help me get refund from qnet, i am a disabled army officer and paid the money from my disability pension thanks capt.
