[Resolved]  Qnet — Refund Request and Please took action towards the fraud upline who misguided me with wrong information

I already submit a complaint but still now its not resolved and You guys are not responding to my mail.
Why you guys delaying to take action towards the fraud upline. I submitted all the proof of audio call recording between the fraud upline and myself. It's clearly shown he trapped and cheated me. They why you making delay to take action on him.

And the products purchased by him in my name without my knowledge which are I'm not interested and not even know the product. Its a complete trap and cheating by breach of trust. So please give my money back and take action on him.
