Qnet — Refund request for the business

Hi,

I was recently joined this business with referral by my friend sneha (IN677309). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.2, 15, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support 3rd July 2024 and ordered/registered date is 23/03/2024. Until July my friend said she arrange refund for me and wait a while. I waited but no response so I mailed to qnet. Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline Jeya Nancy S (IM072050). Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying, refund is not possible so please work with us. while the referrer (sneha) didn't explain me fully about the business and just now came to know the real business model. i am not interested in this kind of business. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS2, 15, 000. Amount invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.
