Dear Team,
I had been drawn into the Business of QNet by a very close acquaintance and investment in the name of product purchase was done on 26 September 2022 where I have been made to email an acknowledgement stating the refund policy is for 7 days. My referrer's referrer booked the service based products Silver Club Membership and Tripsavr Advance on my behalf and provided a shipping address and residential address completely different to my registration address.
I did not like the Business Model in which the organization is operating and hence raised request for refund through email to global.[protected]@qnet.net and support.[protected]@qnetindia.in
on 01 October 2022, within the grace period of 7 days.
The case reference numbers for the refund requests raised are CXN[protected] and CVN[protected].
There has been no response yet for the refund requests raised. Please help in initiating and processing the refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
