Qnet — Refund Request :Upline Misguided with wrong information

Hi Team,
I have recently joined this business with a referral to my friend Upline (S Divya and IR-IN147830). She hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her up lines brainwashed me and made me to pay RS.380000. During the welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (6/19/2021) and ordered/registered date is 6/01/2021). Also products that were not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team up line (S Divya and IR-IN147830). It costs totally of RS.83000 for Physical Products and RS.299500 for Virtual products. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money.
I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS.380000 invested back.
In Government law, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Consumer Protection Act 2019. Kindly help with getting my money back.
