Qnet — Upline cheated me with wrong information

My friend/up line has introduced me into this Qnet business using the psychological trap which they call as proven and duplicable system. He and his up line lured me to transfer two lakh fifty thousand rupees (2, 50, 000 RS) to his bank account in the name of investment. When i asked about what they will do with the money, they said it will be used to create stakes.

During the first week into the business, they have made me attend welcome session and lot of other training sessions. During second week they made a zoom call and involved me in purchasing products with my money through Vihaan Direct Selling App called Smazing . They ordered products on behalf of me on 14-May-2021 and payment was done through my friends account. They didn’t even told me about the return policy of the products at the time of purchase.

For the next 40 days, they gave me lot of trainings on how to approach and drag other people into the business and also made me read lot of books about network marketing. When the time I realized, the system they follow is a psychological trap and not a moral way of doing business, It was too late that the products they purchased has reached my home after 42 days from the order date on 25-June-2021.

Immediately after a day of delivery, I raised a return request mail to Qnet customer care mentioning that I don’t like the product and is not worth the money I spent. They replied that my return request time has exceeded 30 days and I can’t get my refund. I don’t understand how am i able to return the products which weren’t even delivered to me within 30 days.
I feel like I was tricked into this business and betrayed by my own friend and I don’t want to do the same to other people in my life. Please ban this business in India, It’s the proven and successful psychological trap they are using to bring people into this. Lot like me are suffering because of this.

I don’t think the products are worth the money I spent and I want to return and get my money back. Kindly Requesting to take action.
