[Resolved]  Qnet — vihaan direct selling india private limited - qnet qnet / qvi club - multi level marketing company not responding for refund request

In last month my childhood friends called me and told me he is doing well in his business, in fact he is doctor in my city. We know each others since 20-years. Some what i was also interested what he is doing in business. I talk him in novotel hotel and asked him to give me some idea about your success he refused to talk about his business but given assurity i will contact you when any partner position available to us. After some day he set up meeting with his senior member, and in discussion he says i am doing stupid things in my life because i am doing job and taking order from boss. However they manipulate me and force me to join them. Even i ask them to show some legal document of company or any proof what you are exactly doing in business, how your revenue gets calculated but haven't received any satisfactory answer from them. Finally my friend told me to trust him and make investment because he is also victim of qnet.

Finally he forced me to make dd of rs.360800/- in the name of "vihaan direct selling (India) pvt." the next day i received mail regarding the product purchase and membership fee details from qvi club and qnet. I asked him what is this all about. He told this is complimentary gift and welcome bonus from the company. I asked him but it is seems to be purchase order. He fail to give the answer. Here i am assure that i am his victim. I asked him to i don't want this kind of product, please give my money. All 3 peoples are trying to convince me. Finally i searched on internet and raised cancellation request (Cxn[protected] on 25-mar-2019 as per qnet procedure along with bank details and pan card. But i haven't received any response from them.
