[Resolved]  Qnet — want refund within 29th august 2019

Today is 26th august and i had requested to credit the refund amount in my account before 29th august so that i will be able to return back my personal loan to bank without extra interest on 30th august. On my last request you had told that you will do my refund in priority basis so kindly credit my refund my amount in my account by tomorrow or 28th august.

Today is 27th August, and I requested for refund within 29th August. But instead my refund I received 2 consolation response that my refund will be credited shortly. Now please refund amount in my Bank account instead of consolation. (Ir id - IN626576)

I had told several times that I need my refund in my bank account within 29th August so that I can repay my loan to bank. Qnet team also told that they will process my refund on priority. Today is 28th August, I am still waiting for refund, the refund process was started from 4th August. Kindly credit my account within tomorrow i.e. 29th August'2019.

I had requested several time since 14th August that I need my refund within 29th August to repay my personal loan. And today is 29th August, but still have not yet received my refund to my account. I am hearing this since 14th August that my refund i under process. But, when this process will get end and I get back my refund. I want this process to be ended by today and my refund in my bank account by today.

29th August is over, and my hope is going to over as well. You people doesn't understand someone's problem. Now when I get my refund tomorrow and when I go to bank for repay, just hopeless customer service of QNet. No ethics.

I have purchased QVI Club membership on 3rd August, next day I had requested for refund. And from 14th August I got mail that my refund will be credited within more 30 days. As I had to repay my personal loan, so I requested to refund my amount in my bank account within 29th August, but after so many mails, phone calls and complaints I haven't received my amount till date as on 30.08.19. Why Qnet is delaying my refund and did nota gave refund as per my request, even after they said that my issue had been prioritized on 21st August. Now I am in a situation where I am taking loan from others for my day to day expenses. KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST. MY IR ID - IN626576.

I am working in pvt company in Kolkata. One of my colleagues name Kaushal Chaurasia forced me to join Qnet stating that you can earn crores within 3-4 years. I paid rs230000 to my colleague by applying a personal loan. He used this amount for purchasing Qvi membership and rest amount used for Bangkok trip without informing me. Now I came to know that he cheated me. Please take necessary action. Like this i became a victim. Please help me.

Another day has gone, and another weekend came, and another time I was told that my case has been escalated and will be credited shortly.
I don't know how many more days to follow-up. I am literally begging to you for my own money even in a tough time.
By the way, again an waiting for next week. Getting hopeless and helpless with Qnet policy.
