Qnet — Without Knowledge Purchase the product

Hi sir/Madam.,
Sub: Refund request IR ID IN201008.
I am Saranya IR ID(IN201008). My sister name Priyanga.s IR ID(IN903605). Priyanga joined business in qnet without propare knowledge. Her misguided from his friend Mohan IR ID(IN860922).
Mohan misguide to my sister priyanga. Without her knowledge he purchased product. Mohan don't said this business process. But he said in 5 years priyanga will get 4.8 crore from this business.
Priyanga said many time to Mohan "what is the business process, what is the work". Mohan said "slowly we can learn, so wait".Priyanga's uplines brainwashed to her.
They asked "priyanga join to your sister in the business for Hot sign up, because saranya also will get 4.8 crore in 5 years.
So without proper knowledge in this business my sister priyanga add me.I take a jewel loan. I am paid Rs.1, 70, 000. I said why this amount paid. My sister asked to mohan why this amount for my sister pay.
Mohan asked to priyanga " For portal opening that why this amount paid". SO I am paid amount for portal opening.
But without my and my sister knowledge Mohan and his uplines purchased products. They are opening new mail id without my knowledge. They asking OTP only for portal opening.
I get a product oct 23 2021, Nov 1 2021. I asked why this product coming to me i am not purchased anything. My sister priyanga asked to mohan. Mohan said "this is company giving gift for saranya, No pay for this product".
Now my sister know the business real process. Priyanga not suitable for this business.I am also not know the process for this business.
I am not use the product and i don't need that. This product is without my knowledge mohan and him uplines purchased. And 30 days refund policy also i don't know.
Now my father-in-low has heart attack. So i need emergency amount for him operation. so i need my amount 1, 70, 000 return. I am also ready to return product.
Please understand my situation. I need emergency amount please take immediate action for that.
I kindly request for that.
