Qns Enterprise — fraud legal agreement, blackmailing, harassment, asking money

Hello sir,
On 21st january, i applied on quikr.com for online job, on the same day a girl named "ashwini yadav" called me and said that she is from qns enterprise, they have online home based job of data entry form filling. I said yes, then she asked me for id proof for registration with the company, without my consent or any knowledge she made a legal agreement on the same stamp paper this company has been making with the other victims. Before even i could read the the legal agreement they created my login id and send it to my mail. I totally got confused at the moment but when i started to call them they did not receive my call and kept it ringing all the time, so i continued the work, but on the second day when i logged in the website it showed multiple logins. I again started to call the companies helpline number but they did not received my call. I then called back to"ashwini yadav" but this time some other girl named "komal patel" picked up the phone, i asked her where is there company located in vapi, valsad, gujarat. She said that it is written in the legal agreement, when i checked in the agreement the address was just "vapi, valsad, gujarat. I again called to ask about there companies location in vapi, valsad. Then same girl"komal patel"replied that it is against the company policy to disclose the location of the company. But then i forced her to say the location, before hanging up the phone she said someone close to her" "arre address mang raha hai", some other girl replied "phone caat do". So i searched about the company and found out that they are totally fake and doing the same thing to many people. On 31st january a girl called and said that have you completed and submitted the work, i again asked her their companies location, then she started to threaten me about the legal actions they would take against me, today on 4th february i received a mail from there advocate, asking me to pay the penalty charges and waiting for my response. Since i switched off my mobile they might have not be able to reach me, so they are mailing me instead.
