QS Hot Deal — False commitment & sending wrong product

Dear Sir/Madam, I saw an advertisement in DAINIK JAGARN newspaper regarding a touch screen phone. I ordered & received that. Phone came from Mumbai through blue dart courier company. But when I opened the box I found that, that phone wasn't on those parameter or hasn't those function which they committed to give. I tried lot's of time on there customer care complaint number but they wouldn't respond me. I sent mails regarding that but even though there where no response. I clearly said that " I am giving you 48 hrs to solve this problem." Even that, there were no response. So I want to file a customer complaint against QS HOT DEAL. Thanks & Regards Bhanu Pratap
