I had a connect broadband [protected]. Suddenly my modem becomes faulty so i complaint to customer care regarding modem faulty. They said they will replace modem with charges of 1099+gst but i told him that i will not pay charges of modem. The boy which comes from connect replace new modem and he also say that no charges will be levied, but in bill their is modem charges+gst. I again lodge complaint but they verbally waive off charges of modem only not gst, so i don't pay the bill after week from due date my services barred and again bill comes with 1month rent +previous bill+modem charges+ modem charges gst, now and now sms are coming of court case.
