Hi,

I have been committed that i will get 3 free anti virus keys every month. It's been more than 6 months i have not got any key. I requested them to reimburse me the money as they were not able to deliver what they committed and ask for disconnection.

I clearly mentioned in my emails and call requests that i need the reimbursement settlement before disconnection. However they disconnect without reimbursement part. If they really take email seriously then why it took 7 days to disconnect after my email.

One of their team member ms. Inderpreet or ms. Jyoti committed that i will get maximum reimbursement of a month's bill. Where is that?

I need my reimbursement immediately.

This is in response to your complaint in which you have mentioned regarding antivirus key offers . you have written us on customer care or appellate mails also & one of our team member had a word with you & informed you that antivirus scheme which you were getting that was unlimited free as per plan given to you & you were not eligible for the same offer, than you have asked for disconection & asked for waiver for same, As per telephonic discussion with you regarding your concern against your bill outstanding. We informed you that we can provide you waiver of Rs. 1099/- as a goodwill gesture bcs you are our valueable customer & to continue tto provide you services we offered you this goodwill waiver but you denied for same & Asked for disconnection, & post having discussion with you we have forwarded your request for disconnection, your billing was stopped at the time you gcan be given for one month. if you will continue connection for 3 months then waiver will be posted in your given request & we guided you to pay total pending outstanding ...
