Dear Sir Today I got a call from Mr Rane cited advoate hired by Connect broadband to deposite outstanding balance for my used Internet service [protected] otherwise they will take legal action.But I already deposited all outstanding balance and all devices on 21 Dec 2016 vide transation 480938 HFCL Infotel POS at Chandigarh Branch.Now shifted to Mumbai..The advocate is threatning me to put behind the bar.Plz look the matter

This is in response to your written complaint, you have written it on customer care mails also & we have replied to you with the resolution that mentioned that you are receiving legal calls against connect number. that as checked payment of Rs. 1046/- was pending against your connect number that is why you were receiving legal calls. as there was no payment showing in your account nor you have attached any payment prof. Team member had a word with you & informed to you accordingly, we were also guided you that the payment made by you was your bill but that amount you were asked to pay was the total outstanding post disconnection.
