I receive messages and calls from connect broadband on daily basis asking to me pay bills and also threat me about court cases. But i had already paid my dues and submitted their modem at jalandhar office at the time of closing of my connection. Now they call me pretend to be some lawyer and threat me about court hearings. Such unethical behavior was not expected.

Updated by Debojit_s My wifi user ID was WIFI349605, below I am also attaching the image that I collected from jalandhar connect office at the time of termination of service. I paid all my dues and also submitted the hardware devices.
