Above amount has been deducted from my account, but i did not receive any confirmation about payment. My wifi no. Is 500346. Please solve this problem. My mobile no. Is [protected]. And my house no. Is 13, passi nagar, pakhowal road ludhiana

Quadrant Televentures / ConnectZone.in / Connect Broadband Customer Care's response We have received customer mail in the same month & reverted with the resolution in the same month through CC mail's.
Payment was not reflection issue was raised by customer was resolved .

Now customer connection is active & working fine.
