I have ordered a long gown and received a saree which is old piece and 800 money has been not returned back as raised return and refund. I want to raise complaint against this fraud company for online website which put a picture as one good material and sent the old different cloth to customers.

And also asking for account number for returning and refund process. Which seems to be suspicious.

It came in Facebook ad and I try to order one material to check out the quality which seems total fraud company/website online service.

I am raising this complaint to aware or take action against this company.
