Ordered a kurti on 24th nov and received parcel from the said website mentioning kanha textile surat on 27th nov viaa blue dart courier.
Item sent was old, torn n saree. No returned nor refund no communication from them.
I filed complaint on various forum online as well as offline but no use.
I want blue dart to answer why they are not helping customer who are victim of such fraud by giving exact location of the sender...

I have ordered 3 dresses from queendesignstudio.com by a ad on instagram and the product arrived within 4 days with cod. I paid 2400 and took the products. Once i openeyit it was not what was shown in the website. They are showing some other picture in the website and sending something else.
I went to the website and the mentioned to fill return and refund form which i filled on the next day itself. There is no response. I even emailed...

Had purchased queeseignstudio women lehenga set, and 2 women suit gown worth rs 2500?- but when i unwrapped the product i found the received consignment was wrong as i ordered and trying to contact the company whatsapp number but didn't get any response.

Would request you kindly look into this and help me to get my money refund to me.

I had paid 900 rs for that but when i open the parcel i found a 2 meter dull colour cloth. I tried to contact for complaint but they did not have any customer service number. I have ordered a long gown and received a saree which is old piece and 800 money has been not returned back as raised return and refund. I want to raise complaint against this fraud company for online website which put a picture as one good material and sent the old different cloth to customers.

And also asking for account number for returning and refund process. Which seems to be suspicious.

I ordered the gown worth rs 650 asper ur site and 150 rs additional as delivery charges, so in total it was 800 rs. But I got surprised when today received ur courier by blue dart at 8:15 pm, when I opened it, it was not what I ordered, but It was a piece of crap, (an old, used saree). Fraud app and website should be removed from play store and from social media. I have ordered kurta's form their website but got cheap sarees... They have provided phone number too but it is switched off.. I want my money back from them.. But no response from those fraudsters..
They are making people fool in the name of discount..

Received garbage clothes against online COD apparel order from Queendesignstudio.com

We got to know about the website via facebook advertisements of pleasing apparels available at 90+% discounts via this website.
After placing the order, we immediately got SMS confirmation.
Next day, we also got tracking details in SMS from Bluedart courier.
It was delivered two days earlier than expected...

Damaged, wrong product, dirty, low quality, poor, cheap. Not the product shown in the advertisement. This not the way to cheat the customer by giving wrong and low quality products. If in case you don't return us the money then ill be giving a complain to your company please do cooperate with us. And also refund the money back to me. If possible try to give us the product we ordered.....
