Queendesignstudio.com — wrong and worst quality product received

I ordered the gown worth rs 650 asper ur site and 150 rs additional as delivery charges, so in total it was 800 rs. But I got surprised when today received ur courier by blue dart at 8:15 pm, when I opened it, it was not what I ordered, but It was a piece of crap, (an old, used saree). I didn't understand what to do after opening that parcel, cry or laugh on myself that I trusted queendesignstudio.com.
I filled the refund request form, I don't have any surety whether I will get my money back or not. I will say one thing that the product(saree) which I received by courier from you, even a beggar at traffic signal wears a better saree than what I received.
I am attaching images about what I ordered and what I received.
Hoping will get my refund urgently, and pls let me know to whom should I return this piece of crap.
