I have ordered a kurty (Order no -75499, awb no[protected] in queenget.com and were delivered on 21 march 2018 very different and very cheap cloth of 1peace. The delivered products were not as same which we have ordered. I m hurting this all proses and loss my costly time. So i want to return the products and refund my maoney that i pay the delivery boy as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products. If it possible then also inform me the exchange policy.
Kindly confirm about the replacement or refund of money otherwise i will go to consumer forum.
