Quick Credit — App issues & customer care not responding

I have been using this app for 2 years now. I always made repayment by due date & reapplied again whenever required & got the money credited to my account within an hour. But this time on 5th october 2020 when I made the repayment and reapplied for lesser amount the amount didn’t get credited to my account. I reported the issue to Relationship manager and she said by eod it will be credited. However I received a mail instead after 24 hours since I applied for the loan. It says “loan could not be processed this point of time. Please send the pending document and reapply.” So i sent the latest payslip & bank statements to [protected]@quickcredit.in and reapplied. Informed the same to the RM and also copied [protected]@quickcredit.in (customer care). I was tole the amount will be credited by eod. But again I received the same mail. Its been a week now i have been applying for the loan and sending them the pending documents and everytime I am getting that mail. Customer care doesn’t respond at all. And the relationship manager is worse. Doesn’t have any idea. I have been asking them for an explanation. They don’t reply. They don’t pick my calls. And for me it was urgent. And in the app I am given the limit and I am eligible to borrow. They are unable to resolve their issue. Very very bad experience as a customer.
